What you get
Where a window cleaning round feels the difference
A round is lots of short visits that come back on a cycle. These parts of FESK.UK run the cycle.
Four-weekly rounds that come back on their own
Make each house a repeat every 4 weeks, every 2 weeks or monthly, and a yearly repeat for the gutter clear. The next clean is raised a few days early if you like, with the price on it, and missed ones are raised automatically.
The day's streets in driving order
Optimise the day in the Route Planner to see the miles saved and the fuel cost. Save the round and load it next time, and Assign and send puts the whole run on a cleaner's day.
Rained off? Push the round back
Drag the day's jobs to the next dry day, or use Plan mode to move a whole round quietly and send each cleaner one summary.
Paid when nobody's in
A missing signature never stops a job being completed. The invoice goes by email or text with a pay link, and with Stripe they pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank once that's approved.
Chasing without knocking twice
Overdue reminders get firmer over three stages, in your own wording. From the overdue list, Chase all sends one message to each customer who owes you.
Ladders, poles and gutters
The pressure washing and gutter cleaning RAMS and the ladders and towers template are built in. Jobs that mention a ladder or a gutter bring up the height check before the timer starts.
One job, start to finish
A first clean and conservatory roof, from the first message to paid
Paul Ainsley and Josh are made up; what the app does is real.
It starts on your website, at any hour
Paul writes in the night. With the AI add-on, Front Desk replies and files it. Without it, Paul uses your booking link.
A quote from your own price list
The lines come from your Library at your rates. Paul approves on the phone, and the quote becomes job WC-0761.
Dropped into the week
Pick the day and who's going. Josh gets a buzz and one tap opens WC-0761 with directions. Paul's tracking link shows when Josh sets off.
Thursday 09:00 · JoshTimer, photos and a signature on the glass
Josh starts the timer on arrival. All windows, frames and sills done with the pole, conservatory roof washed, gutters cleared. Next clean set for four weeks.
Paul signs at 10:36. 1h 32m goes to Josh's timesheet in two taps.
Invoiced before you leave
WC-0761 becomes the invoice with the hours and charges already on it. If you take cards, Paul scans a QR code. If not, reminders go out on their own.
Paid by card at 11:12What the job actually made
The costs were logged on WC-0761 as the work went, so its profit is already worked out. Reports add it up by month, with who still owes you.
Example figures: Josh's wage and the buy prices are made up.

Never more than £70 for up to 5 or £100 for up to 10. That's the whole price list. Add people any time. The AI add-on is from £30 a month. Nothing is taken until day 15, and you can cancel any time.
Fair questions
What window cleaners ask
Do customers have to be in?
No. Complete the job without a signature, and the customer pays from the link when they get home.
Can a customer who pays monthly get one invoice?
Yes. Tick the month's finished cleans for that customer and invoice them together, each clean with its own heading and subtotal.
Can new customers on the same street book in?
Yes. Text them your booking link or print it on a card through the door, and turn the request into a repeat when it arrives.
Can I record cash left under the mat?
Yes. Record the cash against the invoice with the date, and it's marked paid.
