For cleaning businesses

Cleaning business software for the jobs, the hours and the invoices

Regular domestic cleans, end of tenancy cleans, office contracts and one-off deep cleans: each visit on the rota, each cleaner's hours logged, and the invoice sent to the tenant or the agent.

What you get

Where a cleaning business feels the difference

Cleaning is lots of short visits by a team that is rarely in one place. These are the parts of FESK.UK that hold it together.

  • Weekly and fortnightly cleans that repeat

Set up a regular clean as a repeat job, weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Each visit is raised on the schedule with the address and the price, and you can pause the repeat while the customer is away.

  • Letting agents and their properties

Set the letting agent up once and add each flat as a named site. An end of tenancy clean is booked to the flat, and the invoice goes to the agent with their PO number and their own payment terms.

  • Key safe codes for the team only

The office note on a job holds the key safe code or the alarm details, and only your team sees it. Standing notes on the customer, like "cat stays in the kitchen", show on each of their jobs.

  • Hours, holidays and a payroll export

Cleaners start the timer on arrival and log the hours in two taps. You approve the timesheets, and the payroll CSV export lists each person's unpaid hours for the period. Holiday requests come in through the app, with a warning if you book someone who is off.

  • Your checklist at the end of each clean

The sign-off sheet carries your own checks, like oven done, bins out and windows locked, with the customer's name and signature if they're home. Photos taken room by room stay on the job if the tenant's deposit is disputed.

  • Someone working alone, checked on

Lone-worker check-ins ask "Are you OK?" when a cleaner's visit runs overdue, then text the office. From 17:00, anyone who worked alone gets a "Home safe?" prompt. Add the contact numbers first.

We move out on Friday and need an end of tenancy clean for a two-bed flat. The oven's pretty bad. Can you fit us in?
We can help with that, Hannah. I've noted a two-bed end of tenancy clean before Friday, the oven and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What cleaning businesses ask

Is there a rota?

The schedule is the rota. The Team view has a row for each cleaner, and dragging a visit onto someone else's row hands it to them. Plan mode lets you rework the week quietly, then sends each cleaner one summary.

Can I quote an office contract?

Yes. Quote the visit with your own lines, and once the customer accepts, set the job to repeat daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. Each visit then appears on the schedule at the agreed price.

Does it run payroll?

No. It doesn't pay wages or send anything to HMRC. Approved hours are marked paid in the app, and the payroll CSV export goes to whoever runs your payroll.

Can customers ask for a clean from my website?

Yes. The booking link takes their details and a preferred date, plus questions you add, such as the number of bedrooms or whether there's a pet. You approve each request before it becomes a job.
