Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime. Over the last 90 days the platform has met that target, with no unplanned outages affecting customers.
Maintenance
From time to time we run planned maintenance to ship improvements and security updates. We schedule it for quiet, out-of-hours periods and aim for no noticeable disruption. Any planned work that might affect you will be announced here and by email in advance.
