For roofers

Job management software for roofers

Re-roofs, flat roofs, fascias and soffits, chimney repairs, guttering and emergency leaks: photographed for the customer, priced with the scaffold on the quote and moved in a drag when the rain comes.

What you get

Where a roofing firm feels the difference

Roofing runs on the forecast, the scaffold and the customer trusting what you saw up there. These parts of FESK.UK help with all three.

  • Rained off? Move it in a drag

The Week ahead card shows the forecast for your area. Drag a wet day's jobs to the next dry one, and a re-roof booked over several days moves as one. With booked-in messages on, the customer gets the new date.

  • Roof photos the customer can see

Photograph the slipped tiles, the cracked flashing and the finished ridge, and choose for each photo whether the customer sees it. The chosen ones show on their tracking page.

  • Scaffold on the quote, at cost

Put tiles, lead, membrane, battens and the scaffold hire on the quote with what you pay and what you charge. On the invoice, bill as one price shows the customer one figure and keeps the breakdown in a note.

  • Flat roofs and working at height

Built-in RAMS cover roof and gutter repair, flat roofs in felt, EPDM or GRP, and ladders and towers. Jobs that mention a roof, a ladder or scaffold bring up the height check before the timer starts.

  • Found more than you were called for

Write up the rotten fascia or the failed valley in the Engineer's report, with photos. Add it to the remedial works list, and Raise quote turns it into a quote the customer approves from the link.

  • Emergency leaks booked fast

Quick-add puts a leak on today's schedule in a few taps, and On my way sends the customer an arrival time. The make-safe visit can be its own job, with the proper repair quoted afterwards. A yearly gutter clear can be a repeat job.

There's a damp patch on the bedroom ceiling and I can see a few slipped tiles from the garden. Can someone take a look?
We can help, Martin. I've noted the damp patch on the bedroom ceiling, the slipped tiles and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What roofers ask

What happens when the weather stops a job?

Drag the job to another day, or to Unscheduled until the forecast settles. Plan mode lets you rework the week quietly, then send each roofer one summary of the changes.

Does it measure roofs from satellite images?

No. FESK.UK doesn't measure roofs or draw plans. Measure the way you do now and attach any drawing or report to the job.

Can I take a deposit before ordering tiles?

Yes. Switch on deposits and set the amount on the quote. With Stripe, the customer pays as they accept. Otherwise a deposit invoice is sent for a bank transfer.

Can I see the scaffold separately from my profit?

Yes. Put the scaffold hire on the job at what the scaffolder charges you and what you charge the customer, and the profit panel shows what is left after it.
