Before you start
Are there any limits on jobs, quotes or customers?
No. Every plan has unlimited jobs, quotes, invoices and customers, and every feature. The only thing that changes the price is how many people use it.
Is VAT added on top?
No. FESK Group Ltd isn't VAT-registered, so there's no VAT on your subscription. You pay the price shown each month, and nothing is added at checkout.
What happens when I add or remove people?
The price follows your team: each person you add is £10 a month, but 5 people never pay more than £70 and 10 never more than £100. After 10, each extra person is £10 a month. You see the new price before you add them, and part months are worked out to the day.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the billing page in the app at any time. Paying yearly saves 15%.
What happens after the free trial?
On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you picked and you carry on as you were. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. You can cancel online at any time.
What if we have 50 or more people?
Enterprise is for 50 or more people, with its own server and database, priority support and onboarding, from £500 a month. Email support@fesk.uk.
