Mobile repairs, with the call-out on the bill
Keep a call-out charge in your Library as a service, and add mileage, travel time and parking to the job as billable lines. Tap On my way and the customer gets an arrival time.
Steel from the stockholder, matched up
Record the steel on a purchase order, and receiving it adds the stock to your Library. With the AI add-on, the supplier bills inbox reads the stockholder's invoice, matches it to the order or the job and flags a price that has changed.
Wire, rods, discs and gas, counted
Consumables sit in the Library with quantities and a location. Book stock in and out on the Stock tab, and a low-stock flag shows what to reorder. Add it to the shared order list so whoever goes to the supplier picks it up.
Each welding set accounted for
The asset register holds your welders, generator and plasma cutter, with service and warranty due dates. Check each one out to a person or the van and back in, and a QR label lets the phone find it in a scan.
Trailers and chassis worked on safely
Built-in RAMS cover trailer axles, hubs and brakes and work underneath a vehicle. When the job mentions an axle or a chassis, the pre-start check asks for chocks and axle stands.
Hot work, risk assessed on the phone
The welding and fabrication RAMS covers the workshop or the site, or use your own. The crew read and sign it on their phones, and the hot work check comes up before the timer starts.

MW-0482 becomes the invoice with the hours and charges already on it. If you take cards, Gary scans a QR code. If not, reminders go out on their own.

The costs were logged on MW-0482 as the work went, so its profit is already worked out. Reports add it up by month, with who still owes you.

What welders ask
Does it hold weld procedures or welder qualifications?
No. FESK.UK doesn't manage welding procedures or coded welder records, and it doesn't issue certificates. Attach the PDFs to the job, and use the asset register for the service dates on your kit.
Can I see who has the good welder this week?
Yes. Check the welder out to a person or a location in the asset register, and its history shows who had it and when.
Does stock come off when I use it on a job?
Not on its own. Adding a part to a job puts it on the bill at cost and sale price, and the stock count is changed on the Stock tab, where you book items in and out.
Can I charge for travel time as well as mileage?
Yes. Travel time, mileage and parking each go on the job as their own line, and each can be marked billable or not.
