For garages and mobile mechanics

Job management software for garages and mobile mechanics

Brakes, clutches, servicing, diagnostics, timing belts and mobile call-outs: the reg comes in with the enquiry, the customer approves the quote before you order parts, and the invoice is built from the ramp time and the parts used.

What you get

Where a garage feels the difference

A garage lives on getting the go-ahead before the parts are ordered. These parts of FESK.UK put that go-ahead on record.

  • The reg on each enquiry

Ask for the registration, the mileage and the fault on your booking link. With the AI add-on, the assistant reads a number plate from a photo. Custom job fields keep the reg and mileage with the work.

  • Approval before you order

The customer opens the quote on their phone and accepts it there, and the quote tracker shows when it was seen. If worn discs turn up once the car is on the ramp, send a second quote and get that approved too.

  • Pads, filters and oil on the shelf

Stock in the Library has quantities, shelf locations and a low-stock flag on the Stock tab. Print QR labels for the racking, scan them with the phone, and book parts out as you use them.

  • Factor invoices read for you

With the AI add-on, the supplier bills inbox reads the motor factor's invoice, matches it to the job and flags a price that has changed. You confirm, and the lines go on the job.

  • Under the car, checked first

When the job mentions wheels, axles or an exhaust, the pre-start check asks about the handbrake, chocks and axle stands. RAMS templates cover tyre and wheel changes and work underneath a vehicle.

  • Ramp time against the job

Start the timer when the car goes up and stop it when it comes down, and the hours are logged in two taps. Profit by job shows what each car made, with parts at cost and labour at the mechanic's rate.

It starts on your website, at any hour

Tom writes in the night. With the AI add-on, Front Desk replies and files it. Without it, Tom uses your booking link.

My van's brakes are grinding and the MOT is due next week. Could you do it on my drive this week?
We can help with that, Tom. I've noted the grinding brakes, the MOT next week and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What garages ask

Does it look up a reg or send MOT reminders?

It doesn't look up a reg or check MOT history with the DVLA. You can add an MOT due date to the customer's servicing register under Other, with a 12-month interval, and the customer is reminded before it's due. A yearly service can be a repeat job, raised on the schedule with the car's details.

I'm mobile. Can I charge the call-out and mileage?

Yes. A call-out is a fixed-price service in the Library, and mileage, travel time and parking go on the job as billable lines. On my way sends the customer an arrival time.

Can my mechanics see what I paid for parts?

Only if you allow it. Cost prices, sale prices and VAT can each be hidden from staff.

Can the customer pay before collecting the car?

Yes, with Stripe connected. The invoice email carries a pay link, or the customer scans the QR code at the counter. Pay by Bank can be offered as well once Stripe approves it.
