For plumbers

Job management software for plumbers

Burst pipes, leaking stopcocks, bathroom refits, unvented cylinders and blocked drains: each one quoted from your price list, booked, timed, signed off and paid from the phone in your van.

What you get

Where a plumbing firm feels the difference

A plumber's week swings between emergencies, refits and small repairs. These are the parts of FESK.UK that keep up with that mix.

  • A burst pipe on the schedule in two minutes

The quick-add button sits on every page: a title like "leak under the sink", the customer and today. Tap On my way and the customer gets an arrival time by text or email, worked out from where your phone is.

  • Fittings and labour at your own rates

Keep compression fittings, isolating valves, flexi hoses and your hourly rate in the Library with a cost and a sale price. A bathroom refit quote is built from those lines, and the margin shows to anyone you let see costs.

  • Refit quotes with a choice of suite

Switch on quote options and one quote can show a basic, a mid-range and a premium bathroom, each with its own lines. The customer picks one on their phone, and a deposit can be taken as they accept if you use Stripe.

  • Findings and remedials on the job sheet

With the Engineer's report switched on, write up the corroded joint or the weeping valve with photos inside the report. Pick defects from your own list onto the remedial works, and Raise quote turns them into a quote.

  • Service due dates that remind the customer

The servicing register keeps each customer's boiler service and gas safety dates, plus your own items such as an unvented cylinder check under Other. A text or email goes to the customer before each one falls due, and a yearly repeat job linked to the item puts the visit on the schedule for you.

  • Drains and cellars checked before you start

The 30-second pre-start check reads the job: a manhole or a cellar brings up the confined space questions, and a boiler brings up gas. The drain clearance and CCTV survey RAMS is ready to sign on the phone.

It starts on your website, at any hour

Sam writes in the night. With the AI add-on, Front Desk replies and files it. Without it, Sam uses your booking link.

Hi, my boiler's making a banging noise and there's water under it. Can someone come out?
Sorry to hear that, Sam. I've noted the banging, the water under the boiler and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Timer, photos and a signature on the glass

Rob starts the timer on arrival. Replaced the expansion vessel and relief valve, repressurised, ran for 20 minutes.

Sam signs at 11:11. 2h 07m goes to Rob's timesheet in two taps.

Fair questions

What plumbers ask

Does it fill in gas safety or unvented cylinder paperwork?

No. FESK.UK doesn't issue certificates or commissioning forms. Fill them in the way you do now and attach the PDF to the job, next to the photos and the invoice. The due date goes in the servicing register, which reminds the customer before it comes round.

Can I charge a call-out for an emergency leak?

Yes. Keep a call-out as a fixed-price service in the Library and an hourly rate for the time after it. Staff hours can carry an overtime, weekend or call-out uplift on the timesheet, so out-of-hours pay is right too.

Does stock come off when I use fittings from the van?

Not by itself. Adding a part to a job puts it on the bill at cost and sale price, but the stock count only changes when you book it out as used on the Stock tab.

Can the landlord get the invoice while the tenant signs?

Yes. Set the landlord up as the customer with the rented flat as a named site. The tenant signs on your screen, the invoice goes to the landlord, and if nobody is in, the job can still be completed without a signature.
