For heating engineers

Job management software for heating engineers

Boiler services, landlord gas safety checks, breakdowns, boiler swaps, power flushes and oil tank inspections: each due date in one register, the reminder sent before it, and the visit booked, done and invoiced.

What you get

Where a heating firm feels the difference

Heating work comes round on a yearly clock. These parts of FESK.UK watch the clock so you don't have to.

  • CP12 and boiler service dates, reminded

The servicing register holds the landlord gas safety check, the boiler service and the oil boiler and tank service for each customer. A reminder goes by text or email before each is due, with your booking link, or a note that the visit is already booked.

  • Completing the visit rolls the date on

Book the visit straight from the register item. When the job is completed, the due date moves on by the interval, ready for next year's reminder. Or link a yearly repeat job to the item, and each service is raised on the schedule for you.

  • Landlords with a list of properties

Set the landlord up once and add each house as a named site. The engineer goes to the right address, the invoice goes to the landlord, and several finished checks can go on one combined invoice.

  • Flue readings and findings in the report

The Engineer's report has readings tables and starter templates, with photos inside it. Defects go on a remedial works list, and Raise quote turns them into a quote with the lines filled in.

  • Boiler swaps with three prices

Quote options include a ready-made boiler replacement set: three tiers on one quote, priced from your Library. The customer picks one, and a deposit can be taken as they accept.

  • A gas check before the timer starts

Jobs that mention gas, a boiler or a flue bring up the gas check: isolated where needed, area ventilated, detector on. Built-in RAMS cover a gas boiler installation and a gas safety check or service.

It starts on your website, at any hour

Anita writes in the night. With the AI add-on, Front Desk replies and files it. Without it, Anita uses your booking link.

I rent out a flat and the gas safety certificate runs out at the end of the month. Can you do the check and service the boiler on the same visit?
We can do both, Anita. I've noted the gas safety check and a boiler service at the flat before the end of the month, and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What heating engineers ask

Does it produce gas safety records?

No. FESK.UK doesn't issue certificates or records. Use your usual software and attach the PDF to the job, so last year's is to hand when a landlord asks.

Can the reminder go to the landlord rather than the tenant?

The reminder goes to the customer on the record. Make the landlord the customer and each property a site, and the reminders go to the landlord.

Do you cover oil as well as gas?

Yes. Oil boiler and tank service is a type in the register with its own interval. Anything else, like an LPG check, can go in under Other with your own interval.

Can I see what's due next month?

Yes. The Due soon view lists what's coming up, coloured for overdue and soon, and you can book each one from the list.
