For electricians

Job management software for electricians and electrical contractors

Consumer unit changes, EV charger installs, rewires, EICR remedials and fault finding: quoted, booked, written up and invoiced against one job, on the phone in your van.

What you get

Where an electrical contractor feels the difference

Most electrical jobs end with test results and a list of what still needs doing. These are the parts of FESK.UK built around that.

  • Ready-made consumer unit and charger quotes

Quote options come with ready-made sets for a consumer unit change and an EV charger: three tiers on one quote, filled from your Library. The customer picks a tier, say the charger with surge protection added, and accepts from the link.

  • EICR observations turned into a quote

Write the observations into the Engineer's report with readings tables and photos. Pick each defect from your defect library onto the remedial works list, and Raise quote prices the lot for the customer to approve.

  • EICR, PAT and charger check due dates

The servicing register holds EICRs for rented homes and for other homes and businesses, PAT testing, emergency lighting, fire alarm and EV charger checks, each with its own interval. Customers are reminded by text or email with your booking link.

  • Live work flagged before the timer runs

The pre-start check asks whether a second person is needed when the job involves live electrics, and anything unticked is flagged. Built-in RAMS cover a consumer unit change, an EICR and a full or part rewire, signed on the phone.

  • Your certificate, filed with the job

Produce the EIC or minor works certificate in your usual software and attach the PDF. It sits with the board photos and the invoice, and the job sheet PDF carries your readings, remedials and the customer's signature.

  • Wholesaler costs against each install

Cable, glands, RCBOs and the charger go on the job at what you paid and what you charge. Record the wholesaler order as a purchase order, and receiving it tops up your stock. The profit panel flags a job that falls below your minimum margin.

Can you fit a home charger for my new car? I've got a driveway and the meter is in the garage.
Happy to help, Priya. I've noted a home charger install with the meter in the garage, and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What electricians ask

Will it produce my EIC or EICR?

No. FESK.UK doesn't produce electrical certificates. Keep using your certification software and attach the PDF to the job. What FESK.UK adds is the due date in the servicing register and a reminder to the customer before the next inspection.

Can a rewire run over several days?

Yes. Give the job a first and last day, plus extra visit days with their own times for second fix. Drag it on the schedule and the days move together, and the hours logged on each day land on the one job.

Can I take a deposit before ordering a charger?

Yes, with Stripe connected. Switch on deposits and set a percentage or a fixed amount, and the customer pays it as they accept the quote. Without card payments, a deposit invoice is raised for a bank transfer.

Does it notify the DNO or building control?

No. Notifications stay with you and your scheme provider. Attach the confirmation to the job as a PDF or photo, so it is with the rest of the install when the customer asks.
