For pest control businesses

Job management software for pest control

Mice, rats, wasp nests, bed bugs, squirrels in the loft and commercial contracts: the first treatment, the follow-up visits and the routine inspections each on the schedule, with what you found and what you placed on the job.

What you get

Where a pest control business feels the difference

Pest work is rarely one visit. These parts of FESK.UK handle the treatment, the follow-ups and the contract.

  • Follow-up visits booked in one go

Set the follow-ups as a repeat, weekly or every 2 weeks, ending after the number of visits the treatment needs. Each one is raised on the schedule, and you can pause or end the repeat if the activity stops.

  • Contracts with many premises

A restaurant group or a letting agent is one customer with a site for each address. Set each site's inspection to repeat every 4 weeks, monthly or every 3 months, and their PO number and payment terms go on each invoice.

  • Bait points and proofing written up

The Engineer's report has readings tables for bait points, activity and what was taken, with photos alongside. Proofing work goes on the remedial works list, and Raise quote prices it.

  • COSHH on the phone

Add a RAMS with hazards, method, PPE and a COSHH section, from your own template or the general one. The technician signs it on the phone, even offline.

  • The right questions before you go

Add up to 15 questions to the booking link: what they've seen, where, and whether there are children or pets in the house. The answers arrive with the request.

  • Lofts, voids and working alone

Jobs that mention a loft bring up the height check, and a void or crawl space brings up the confined space check. Lone-worker check-ins text the office if a technician doesn't answer on time.

We can hear scratching in the kitchen walls at night and we've found droppings behind the cooker. Can someone come and sort it?
We can help, Rachel. I've noted the scratching in the kitchen walls, the droppings behind the cooker and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What pest control businesses ask

Can I book the follow-up visits with the first?

Yes. Set a repeat with the gap between visits and the number of visits, and each one appears on the schedule in turn.

Does it produce service reports for audits?

It produces a job sheet PDF with your report, readings, photos and the customer's signature. It doesn't issue certificates, but you can attach your own documents to the job.

Can I record which products I used?

Yes, in the Engineer's report. Products kept in your Library can also go on the job as lines, at cost and sale price.

Will contract customers be told before a visit?

Yes, if you switch it on. The evening-before reminder goes to each customer with a visit booked for the next day.
