For IT support businesses

Job management software for IT support and computer repair

Network drop-outs, laptop repairs, new starter set-ups, server moves and monthly site visits for small offices: each one a job with the notes, the kit and the hours on it, invoiced to the accounts office.

What you get

Where an IT support firm feels the difference

IT support is a mix of break-fix calls and planned work across lots of small sites. These parts of FESK.UK handle the job side of that.

  • Repair, replace or upgrade on one quote

Switch on quote options and a quote can offer a repair, a replacement and a replacement with an upgrade, each with its own lines. The customer picks one, and Reports show which option customers choose, quarter by quarter.

  • Every office under one customer

A customer can have several named sites. Book a job to the branch office and the engineer's phone opens it with that address. The jobs and invoices for each site stay under the one account.

  • Monthly site visits that repeat

Set a maintenance visit to repeat weekly, monthly, every 3 months or yearly, with the hours and the priced lines from a job template. Each one is raised on the schedule, and missed ones are raised automatically.

  • Loan laptops and spare kit tracked

The asset register checks a loan laptop or a spare switch out to a person or a location and back in, with its history. Stick a QR label on it and the phone finds it in a scan.

  • Kit on purchase orders

Record the order for the access points and the patch leads as a purchase order. Receiving it adds them to stock in the Library, and they go on the job at cost and sale price. The stock count itself is changed on the Stock tab.

  • Invoices the accounts office pays

The customer's PO number goes on the invoice, and payment terms are set per customer, from on receipt to 60 days. Switch statements on and a customer who pays in batches gets their balance with the age of each invoice.

Our office Wi-Fi keeps dropping and the printer vanishes off the network. Six of us. Can someone come and sort it?
We can help, Dave. I've noted the Wi-Fi drop-outs, the printer falling off the network and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What IT support firms ask

Is it a ticketing or remote monitoring tool?

No. There's no agent on the customer's machines and nothing is monitored. Requests come in from your booking link or, with the AI add-on, Front Desk, and become jobs with notes, files and hours on them.

Can two engineers be on the same job?

Yes. Assign as many people as the job needs. Each logs their own hours against it, and the profit uses each person's own rate.

Can I keep passwords and network notes on a job?

Keep access details in the office note, which only your team sees. FESK.UK isn't a password manager, so store credentials in one and note on the job where to find them.

Will it talk to my accounts package?

It syncs with QuickBooks, Xero or Sage, and checks for duplicate customers on the way across. With no accounts package, FESK.UK works on its own as your invoicing.

Try it on your next job.
