What you get
Where a driving instructor feels the difference
An instructor's week is the same pupils at different stages. These are the parts of FESK.UK that keep track of each one.
New pupils ask from a link
Put the booking link on your website and socials, and add your own questions: the pick-up postcode, manual or automatic, whether they hold a provisional licence and how many lessons they've had. Each request waits in Enquiries for you to book in.
Progress notes for each pupil
Each pupil is a customer, and their standing notes show on every lesson: roundabouts done, bay parking still to come. Notes on each lesson build a history you can scroll back through before a mock test.
Weekly lessons without rebooking
Set a pupil's Tuesday lesson to repeat weekly, or every 2 weeks, and each one is raised on your week at the same time. End the repeat after a set number of lessons, or pause it over exam leave. A job template holds your usual two-hour lesson and its price for one-off bookings.
Your week on your phone and your calendar
The schedule has Week and Month views, and on a phone you press and hold to drag a lesson. A calendar feed puts your lessons into Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar as well.
Lesson fees by card or bank
With Stripe connected, a pupil pays from a QR code in the car or from the link later, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Bank transfers are recorded against the invoice. For a block of ten lessons, send one invoice from scratch.
Fuel and mileage against the business
Log mileage, fuel and parking on each lesson as job expenses, marked not billable so the pupil isn't charged. Reports show what each month brought in and which pupils still owe you.
One job, start to finish
A two-hour lesson, from the first message to paid
Aisha Khan and Mark are made up; what the app does is real.
It starts on your website, at any hour
Aisha writes in the night. With the AI add-on, Front Desk replies and files it. Without it, Aisha uses your booking link.
A quote from your own price list
The lines come from your Library at your rates. Aisha approves on the phone, and the quote becomes job DI-1180.
Dropped into the week
Pick the day and who's going. Mark gets a buzz and one tap opens DI-1180 with directions. Aisha's tracking link shows when Mark sets off.
Thursday 09:00 · MarkTimer, photos and a signature on the glass
Mark starts the timer on arrival. Roundabouts and bay parking, then a mock test on the local test routes. Next lesson booked for Tuesday.
Aisha signs at 11:04. 2h 00m goes to Mark's timesheet in two taps.
Invoiced before you leave
DI-1180 becomes the invoice with the hours and charges already on it. If you take cards, Aisha scans a QR code. If not, reminders go out on their own.
Paid by card at 11:40What the job actually made
The costs were logged on DI-1180 as the work went, so its profit is already worked out. Reports add it up by month, with who still owes you.
Example figures: Mark's wage and the buy prices are made up.

Everything else is in there too

£10 for each person you add.
Never more than £70 for up to 5 or £100 for up to 10. That's the whole price list. Add people any time. The AI add-on is from £30 a month. Nothing is taken until day 15, and you can cancel any time.
Fair questions
What driving instructors ask
Can pupils see my free slots?
No. The booking link sends a request with a preferred date, and you choose the slot. Suggest a slot finds the next free times for a lesson of that length, if you want a hand.
Does it remind pupils the night before?
Yes, if you switch it on. The evening-before reminder goes by text or email, sent between 17:00 and 21:00, to each pupil with a lesson the next day.
Does it book driving tests or talk to the DVSA?
No. FESK.UK doesn't connect to the DVSA. Put the test on your schedule as a job of its own with the pupil on it, and the use of your car on test day can go on their invoice as a line.
Can a parent pay for the lessons?
Yes. Make the parent the customer and put the pupil's name in the job title or notes. The invoices and pay links then go to the parent.
