For beauticians

Booking and invoicing software for beauticians and mobile beauty

Gel and acrylic nails, lash extensions, brows, bridal make-up and home visits: requested from your Instagram, a deposit on the big bookings, travel on the bill and paid by card at the door.

What you get

Where a beauty business feels the difference

Mobile beauty runs on social media messages, deposits and regular clients. These parts of FESK.UK put all three in one place.

  • A booking link for your bio

Put the link in your Instagram bio and on your website. Your logo and colours are on the page, and your own questions ask for the treatment, any allergies and the address. Requests wait for you to confirm before anything is booked.

  • Bridal parties with a deposit

Quote the bride, the bridesmaids and the travel as lines, then ask for a percentage deposit to accept. With Stripe connected, the bride pays the deposit as she accepts on her phone, and the quote tracker shows when she opened it.

  • Infills that come round on time

Set a regular client's lash refill to repeat every 2 weeks, or her nail infill weekly or every 4 weeks, and each appointment is raised on your schedule with the treatment and the price. Pause it while she's away.

  • Last time's shade and the patch test date

Standing notes on the client, like the gel shade, the lash curl and when the patch test was done, show on each appointment. Inspiration photos and the finished set go on the job.

  • A reminder the evening before

Switch on the evening-before reminder and clients get a text or email the night before. With Can't make it? switched on, a client can ask to move or cancel from their link instead of messaging you.

  • Travel and parking on the invoice

Keep a travel charge in the Library, or log the mileage and parking on the job and bill them on. If you take cards through Stripe, the client pays at the door from a QR code.

It starts on your website, at any hour

Megan writes in the night. With the AI add-on, Front Desk replies and files it. Without it, Megan uses your booking link.

I'm getting married on Saturday. Could you come to the house and do gel nails for me and three bridesmaids before then?
Congratulations, Megan. I've noted gel nails for four of you at the house before Saturday, and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What beauticians ask

Can clients book from Instagram?

As a request, yes. The link in your bio opens your booking page, the client gives a preferred date, and you confirm it before it goes on your schedule.

Can I take a deposit for a wedding?

Yes. Set a deposit on the quote, as a percentage or a fixed amount. With Stripe connected, the bride pays it as she accepts. Without card payments, a deposit invoice is sent for a bank transfer.

Does it text clients a reminder the day before?

Yes, if you switch it on. The evening-before reminder goes out between 17:00 and 21:00 by text or email. Texts need SMS set up, through FESK.UK or your own Twilio account.

Does it hold consultation forms?

Not as a form builder. Add questions to the booking link, keep standing notes on the client, and attach a signed consultation form to the job as a photo or PDF.

Try it on your next job.

Set a password, pick your team size and add a card. Nothing is taken until day 15.
