For dog groomers

Dog grooming software for bookings, repeat grooms and payments

Full grooms, bath and brush-ups, puppy introductions, hand stripping and nail clips: requested from your website, noted against the owner, paid by card at collection and the next groom already on the schedule.

What you get

Where a grooming business feels the difference

A groomer's day is a run of different dogs with different needs. These are the parts of FESK.UK that remember them for you.

  • Each dog's quirks on every booking

Standing notes on the owner's record, such as "nervous of the dryer, muzzle for nails", show on each groom for them. Photos of last time's cut stay on the old job, so you can match it.

  • Breed, coat and vaccinations asked up front

Add up to 15 questions of your own to the booking link: breed, weight, coat condition, the date of the last groom, whether vaccinations are up to date. The answers arrive in Enquiries with the request.

  • Every 4 weeks, without rebooking

Set a regular dog's groom to repeat every 4 weeks, every 2 weeks or monthly, and each one is raised on your schedule with the price on it. Pause the repeat while the family is on holiday.

  • Prices by size and coat

Keep a small, medium, large and giant full groom in the Library as services, plus extras like de-matting, a nail clip or a flea bath. A job template holds the groom you do most, with its time and price.

  • Paid when the dog is collected

With Stripe connected, the owner scans a QR code on your phone at pick-up, and the screen turns green when the payment lands. Cash can be recorded against the invoice instead.

  • Owners told before they arrive

With the evening-before reminder switched on, owners get a text or email the night before the groom. A mobile groomer can tap On my way, and the owner gets an arrival time.

Hi, could you fit in a full groom for our cockapoo? She's quite matted behind the ears.
Of course, Chris. I've noted a full groom for your cockapoo, the matting behind her ears and your photo. What's the best number to reach you on?

Fair questions

What dog groomers ask

Can owners book straight into my diary?

No. A request from the booking link waits in Enquiries with the date the owner asked for. Nothing goes on the schedule until you book it in, so a matted doodle doesn't land in a 30-minute slot.

Can I keep a record for each dog?

Not as a separate pet record. The owner is the customer, so for a two-dog household put each dog's name, breed and quirks in the standing notes, and the photos go on each groom's job.

Can I take a deposit to stop no-shows?

Yes, with Stripe connected. Send a quote for the groom with a deposit on it, and the owner pays it as they accept. There is no automatic charge for a missed appointment.

I groom from a van. Does it work on the road?

Yes. Add it to your phone's home screen from the browser, with no app store. The Route Planner orders the day's grooms by drive, and recent jobs still open when the signal drops.
