Run the team from one app

Schedule the crew, track their hours, approve leave and expenses, and decide what each person sees, from the office or the van.

The schedule

Week, Month and Team views

The Team view gives each engineer their own row. Drag a job to move it, or drop it on someone else's row to hand it to them.

  • Plan mode

    Rearrange the week quietly, then press Publish. Each engineer gets one summary of what changed.

  • Clash warnings

    Double-bookings, leave, holidays, closed days and out-of-hours work are flagged. Nothing is blocked; you decide.

  • Find slot

    For an unscheduled job, Find slot shows the next five free times over the coming 14 days.

Hours and pay

From timer to payroll

  1. Time the job

    Start, pause and stop the job timer. Stopping goes straight to logging the hours, rounded up to the quarter hour.

  2. Approve

    Staff send in their hours. Approve them all at once, or tick and approve in bulk.

  3. Pay

    Export a payroll CSV of unpaid hours by person and period, then mark them paid.

Time off and spending

Leave, expenses and to-dos

  • Leave

    Holiday, sick, unpaid or other leave, with half days. Allowances per person, and only working days count.

  • Staff expenses

    Claims with a receipt photo, approved or turned down with a reason, then marked reimbursed.

  • To-dos

    Your own tasks and shared ones, linked to a job if you like, plus a shared order list.

Roles and groups

  • Three roles: owner, admin and staff.
  • Staff groups decide which pages each person sees.
  • Choose whether staff see cost prices, sale prices and other people's hours.
  • 29 features you can switch off if you don't use them.

On the phone

  • Install it on the home screen, on Android or iPhone.
  • Offline mode keeps working without signal.
  • Changes sync back when you're online again.
  • Tap Refresh to download open work before you lose signal.

About the team tools

Does my team need to download an app?

No. FESK.UK runs in the browser, and you can add it to the home screen on Android or iPhone, with your branding.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Recent jobs, customers and 30 days of timesheets are kept on the phone. Your team can add notes, mark jobs complete and sign RAMS offline, and it syncs when they're back.

Can I export hours for payroll?

Yes. Export a CSV of unpaid hours by person and period, then mark them paid once the pay run is done.

Can I turn off features we don't use?

Yes. 29 features can be switched on or off in Settings, so the menus only show what your business uses.
