Before work starts

A 30-second pre-start check

Before the timer starts, a short check matched to the job's trade: ladders, gas, electrics and so on. Anything left unticked is flagged.

  • Your own checklist

    Edit the pre-start questions, with keyword rules that match each one to the right jobs.

  • Asbestos prompt

    For buildings from before 2000, the app asks about asbestos. It remembers each address, with known hazards and an uploaded survey.

  • Stop work

    Put a job on a safety hold and the admins are alerted. Only an admin can resume it.

Working alone

Check-ins for lone workers

For anyone working on their own, the app keeps track of check-ins and raises the alarm if one is missed.

  1. Check in

    The worker checks in while they're on site.

  2. Escalate

    Miss a check-in and they're asked "Are you OK?" If there's no reply, the admins get a text, then a second contact.

  3. Home safe?

    From 17:00, anyone who worked alone that day is asked if they're home safe.

Add the contact numbers first. A test alert button lets you check it all works each month.

Can the crew sign a RAMS without signal?

Yes. They can read and sign it on their phone offline, and it syncs when they're back online.

Can I use my own RAMS templates?

Yes. Use the built-in templates for 14 industries, or make your own. You can copy, hide or delete templates, and suggest one on a job template.

What happens when someone presses Stop work?

The job goes on a safety hold and the admins are alerted. Only an admin can take it off hold.

How do lone-worker check-ins escalate?

If a check-in is missed, the worker is asked if they're OK. If there's no reply, admins get a text, then a second contact does.
