An automatic text or email goes out with your booking link. If a visit is already booked, it says so.

FESK.UK doesn't issue certificates. You fill in your certificate as you do now, then attach the PDF to the job so it sits with the photos and the sign-off.
Text reminders need texts set up, with FESK SMS or your own account.

Does FESK.UK issue gas safety or electrical certificates?
No. FESK.UK keeps the due dates and books the work. You fill in your certificate as you do now and attach the PDF to the job.
How are customers reminded?
By text or email, with your booking link so they can ask for a visit. If a visit is already booked, the message says so instead.
What happens when the job is done?
Completing the job rolls the due date on by the item's interval, ready for next time.
Can I link servicing to repeat jobs?
Yes. Link a repeat job to a servicing item and each visit rolls the due date on.
