Features

Quotes they can say yes to

Build a quote from your own price list, send it by email or text, and let the customer accept it and pay a deposit from the same link.

Building it

From your own price list

Lines come from your library of services, parts and labour at your rate, or type a one-off line. Totals update as you type.

  • Good, Better, Best

Give each option its own lines and mark one as recommended. Ready-made sets for EV chargers, boiler replacements and consumer units.

  • Discounts and margin

Take a percentage or a fixed amount off before VAT. People allowed to see costs see the margin; everyone else doesn't.

  • Photos and PDFs

Attach photos or documents and mark each one for the customer or for your team only.

Sending it

Know when they've looked

Send by email with the PDF and an accept link, by text, or both. A tracker shows Created, Sent, Seen, Decision and Accepted.

You're kept in the loop

  • An alert when the customer first opens the quote.
  • An email and an alert when they accept or decline.
  • A warning if you edit a quote they've already seen.
  • Quotes past their date are marked expired automatically.

Follow-ups you don't have to remember

A check-in, a follow-up and an "expires soon" note go out for you, in your own words. Each quote has a stop button.

Saying yes

From quote to job

  1. They choose

The customer opens the link, picks an option, adds a note if they like and downloads the PDF.

  2. They accept and pay

Ask for a deposit to accept, as a percentage or a fixed amount. They pay it there and then with "Accept and pay".

  3. The quote becomes the job

The job is made with the agreed prices and the chosen option. The same link becomes the customer's tracking link.

Work agreed away from your premises comes with a 14-day cancellation period. You can ask for a typed name to accept, and for the customer's consent to start early.

When a quote is accepted, the cancellation notice and form are emailed for you.

Options, deposits and typed-name acceptance are switched on in Settings when you want them.

Fair questions

About quotes

Does the customer need an account to accept?

No. They open the link you sent, choose an option and accept or decline, with a note if they like. They can download the PDF too.

Can I take a deposit when the quote is accepted?

Yes. Set a percentage or a fixed amount and the customer pays it as they accept. If card payments are off, a deposit invoice is raised instead.

What happens to the quote once it's accepted?

It becomes a job with the agreed prices, the chosen option and the quoted labour. The link the customer already has turns into their tracking link.

Do follow-ups go out by themselves?

Yes, once you switch them on. A check-in, a follow-up and an "expires soon" message, each with wording you can edit, and a stop button on every quote.
