Focus mode

A calmer, simpler FESK.UK. Shows your next job, keeps time visible and holds your place. Handy if you have ADHD or dyslexia, or just a full head.

Less on the screen, the next thing first

A busy day fills your head. Focus mode takes the noise off the screen so the next thing to do is the obvious one.

  • Calm display

    Fewer colours, fewer red alarms and no badge counts shouting at you. Your bell shows a plain dot when something is new. Animations can be switched off, and there is a larger text and spacing option. Your brand colours stay.

  • One switch

    Turn it on from the top bar on a computer, or the menu on your phone. Turn it off the same way. Each part has its own switch in Settings, so you keep the bits you like. It is set per person, so turning it on changes nothing for the rest of your team.

  • Today

    One card for your next job: the customer, the address, the time and a button to navigate. The rest of today sits in a short list underneath. When the day is done it says so, and shows tomorrow's first job.

  • Where was I

    Get pulled away halfway through a quote, an invoice or a job? FESK.UK keeps your unsaved changes on your device and asks "Carry on where you left off?" when you come back. Nothing goes to a customer and no number is used until you press Save.

  • Loose ends

    Quotes ready to send, finished jobs not invoiced and enquiries waiting. Up to a handful of items, each one tap away from the list where you deal with it. Snooze them for today if you need a clear run. Loose ends is for owners and admins.

  • Time to the next job

    "Leave in 25 min", worked out from the road route when both addresses are on the map, or from a travel time you set. Hide the timer whenever you like.

Running over

You decide who hears about it

If you are running over, FESK.UK can offer a running-late text to your next customer. You see it first and it only sends when you tap Send. Your company decides whether the offer appears, and it needs text messaging switched on.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't contact your customers by itself.
  • It doesn't hide anything your role could see before, and it never shows anything your role couldn't already see.
  • It doesn't change your company's settings or anyone else's screen.

About Focus mode

Does it cost extra?

No. Focus mode is free on every plan. The brain dump is part of the AI add-on.

Can my company turn it off?

Yes. An owner can switch Focus mode off for the whole company in Settings.

Do I need to have ADHD to use it?

No. Anyone who wants a quieter screen can use it.
