Create jobs, assign staff, move dates, complete, cancel, costs, drafts: each one Off, Ask me first or Allowed.

Big changes wait for you. You get a notification and approve or decline in FESK.UK. Completing and cancelling jobs ask first to start with.

It can't delete anything, take or refund payments, or send quotes and invoices. Every change it makes is logged under the assistant's name.

About AI assistants
Which FESK.UK plans include it?
Every plan, at no extra cost. You need your own Claude, ChatGPT or Grok account; Claude's free plan allows one custom connector.
Who can connect it?
An owner or admin. The connection works as the person who connected it, with no more than their permissions.
What can it never do?
Delete anything, take or refund payments, or send quotes and invoices. Quotes and invoices it makes are drafts for you to check and send.
Does it message my customers?
Not unless you switch on "Message customers". Staff it assigns or moves are told as usual.
What does the assistant see?
Only what it asks FESK.UK for while you're using it. That goes to the assistant you connected, under your own account with that provider. Money figures and the enquiries inbox each have their own switch.
How do I disconnect it?
Settings, Integrations, API keys, then Disconnect. It stops working straight away.
Can I use it from my own scripts?
Yes. Make an API key on the same page and call the same tools over MCP or plain JSON.
